Hotels

There are many affordable hotels in walking distance from the University Club. As pre-ordered rates are usually above the market level, ISPD did not reserve hotel contingents.

ISPD will not serve breakfast. Breakfast is included in many hotel fares. There are also many bakeries, where you can grab an affordable bite & coffee.

Visa

We urge you to make early enquiries at the German foreign mission/consulate that is in charge of the area where you are officially registered and check the up-to-date guidelines.

Travel

You can find information on how to travel to Bonn here: https://www.or.uni-bonn.de/travel.eng.html. The Research Institute for Discrete Mathematics will host the opening ceremony and is in walking distance from the venue and the hotels.

The city of Bonn was founded by the Romans 2,000 years ago. There are many places of interest . Also the nearby city of Cologne provides many tourist highlights .
