If you need to apply for a visa, it is important that you register first. The ACM does not issue invitation letters but rather "support" letters. The letter indicates the name, dates and location of the conference. The request should be submitted to https://supportletters.acm.org with the following information:

| 2. Your current postal mailing address. |
| 3. The name of the conference you plan to attend. |
| 4. Your conference registration confirmation number. |
| 5. If you have a conference paper accepted, specify the title and if you are the only author or a coauthor. |
Please note that it may take ACM up to 10 business days for the letter to be processed. You will also be prompted to indicate whether you need a support letter when registering for the conference.
